Eligibility:

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Allegro Events are not eligible to win.

Giveaway Period:

The giveaway begins at 12:00 AM ET on July 4, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on July 25, 2025.

How to Enter:

1️⃣ Primary Entry:
Complete the entry form at [your website] to download the free 2025 Holiday Party Checklist. All completed entries will be entered to win. No purchase necessary.

2️⃣ Alternate Entry Method:
To enter without submitting the form, email your full name, age, and phone number to contact@allegro.events with the subject line “Christmas in July Entry.”

Bonus Entries:

Participants may earn bonus entries by:

• Tagging friends in the official giveaway post comments on Instagram or Facebook. Each tagged friend counts as one (1) additional entry.

• Sharing the official giveaway post to their Instagram or Facebook Story and tagging @AllegroEvents.US so we can verify the share. Each verified share counts as one (1) additional entry.

There is no limit to the number of bonus entries via tagging, but each share must be unique and visible during the giveaway period. Allegro Events reserves the right to verify bonus actions at its sole discretion.

Prize:

One (1) winner will receive a Luxury Celebration Basket (valued at $125) containing gourmet treats, a sparkling surprise, and a gift certificate for two (2) hours of complimentary bartending service, valid through 12/31/2025 for events within Central FL and South FL. A travel fee may apply for events located more than 30 miles from Orlando, FL.

No cash alternative. Prize is non-transferable. If the winner declines the prize, an alternate winner will be selected.

Winner Selection & Notification:

The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries (including verified bonus entries) on July 31st, 2025, and notified by email or phone within 48 hours. The winner must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. If no response is received, an alternate winner will be selected.

Delivery:

The prize will be delivered in person (Orlando/Miami area) or shipped (if legally permitted). Allegro Events is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete contact information.

General Conditions:

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform.

Allegro Events reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.
