Prelude Planning Program™ – Service Agreement

1. Agreement Overview

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Allegro Events (“Company”) and the Client (“Client”) for participation in The Prelude Planning Program™ (“Program”).

The Prelude Planning Program™ is an early-stage wedding planning advisory experience designed to provide structured guidance, decision support, and planning clarity during the beginning stages of the planning process.

This service provides strategic planning guidance and does not constitute full-service wedding planning, event production, vendor management, or day-of coordination services.

2. Program Structure

The Prelude Planning Program™ begins with a required Prelude Kickoff Session.

The Kickoff Session includes:

  • A personalized planning consultation

  • Guidance on priorities, direction, and next steps

  • Access to the Prelude Planning Suite™

  • A Personalized Prelude Progress Tracker to organize planning decisions and recommendations

Following the Kickoff Session, Client may choose to continue with additional advisory sessions.

Additional sessions are optional and are not required.

Session Investment:

  • Prelude Kickoff Session: $150

  • Additional Advisory Sessions: $50 per session

Client understands that the purchase of the Kickoff Session does not create an obligation to purchase additional sessions.

3. Recommended Planning Framework

The Prelude Planning Program™ is designed around an 8-week recommended planning framework to help Clients build momentum and make key early-stage decisions.

The 8-week timeframe is a recommended structure and does not guarantee weekly meetings, specific milestones, or completion of all planning objectives.

Progress is dependent on Client participation, responsiveness, decision-making timelines, and external factors including vendor availability.

4. Scope of Services

During scheduled Prelude sessions, Company may provide advisory guidance in the following areas:

Planning Direction & Priorities
  • Clarification of wedding vision, priorities, and planning goals

  • Identification of immediate decision-making needs

  • Guidance on recommended next steps

Budget Guidance
  • Support in creating a realistic planning framework

  • Recommendations for aligning spending with priorities and overall vision

Venue Guidance
  • Support evaluating venue options

  • Advisory feedback regarding guest experience, logistics, aesthetics, and budget alignment

Vendor Guidance
  • Guidance on prioritizing early vendor decisions

  • Support evaluating vendor options and determining alignment with Client’s priorities

Contract & Proposal Review
  • General advisory feedback regarding vendor and venue proposals or agreements

  • Identification of considerations, questions, or potential areas requiring further review

Company does not provide legal advice.

5. Prelude Planning Suite™

Client will receive access to the Prelude Planning Suite™ for personal planning use.

Resources may include:

  • Wedding Budget Calculator

  • Vendor Selection Guide

  • Vendor Matchmaking Guide

  • Venue Comparison Guide

  • Vendor Comparison Worksheet + Shortlist Tool

These resources are intended for Client’s personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, sold, or shared publicly.

6. Communication & Support

Communication outside of scheduled sessions is limited to planning-related questions and clarification.

Company provides support during standard business hours and generally responds within 1–2 business days.

The Prelude Planning Program™ does not include:

  • 24/7 availability

  • Emergency support

  • Real-time vendor communication on Client’s behalf

  • Unlimited planning assistance outside scheduled sessions

7. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate planning information

  • Participate actively in scheduled sessions

  • Complete recommended planning actions in a timely manner

  • Communicate decisions and updates as needed

  • Maintain responsibility for all final decisions, bookings, payments, and vendor agreements

Company is not responsible for delays caused by Client responsiveness, indecision, or third-party availability.

8. Personalized Prelude Progress Tracker

The Personalized Prelude Progress Tracker is a planning resource created to support organization and decision-making throughout the Client’s Prelude experience.

The tracker is intended as a collaborative planning tool and does not guarantee specific outcomes, vendor availability, budget results, or event success.

9. Planning Credit Toward Future Services

If Client chooses to continue working with Allegro Events through a Partial Planning or Full Planning package, eligible Prelude fees paid may be applied as a credit toward the selected planning package.

Credit terms:

  • Credit applies only toward eligible Allegro Events planning services

  • Credit is non-transferable

  • Credit has no cash value

  • Credit cannot be combined with other offers unless approved in writing

  • Availability of future planning services is not guaranteed and is subject to Company availability

10. Payment & Service Authorization

Client authorizes payment for the Prelude Kickoff Session upon acceptance of this Agreement.

Additional advisory sessions must be paid prior to service delivery.

Services will begin once:

  1. This Agreement has been accepted; and

  2. Payment has been received.

11. Cancellation Policy

Payments are non-refundable once the Kickoff Session has been scheduled or services have begun.

If Client needs to reschedule, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate a new appointment time based on availability.

Failure to participate or complete planning activities does not entitle Client to a refund.

12. Limitation of Liability

Allegro Events provides advisory planning guidance only and is not responsible for:

  • Third-party vendor performance

  • Vendor pricing changes

  • Vendor contract terms

  • Financial decisions made by Client

  • Outcomes resulting from decisions made outside Company recommendations

Client acknowledges that all final decisions remain the responsibility of Client.

13. No Guarantee of Results

Client understands that planning outcomes vary based on individual circumstances, timing, availability, budget, and decision-making.

Company does not guarantee specific planning results, vendor availability, pricing, or event outcomes.

14. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances outside reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, illness, technology failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

15. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the complete understanding between Client and Company regarding The Prelude Planning Program™ and replaces any prior verbal or written agreements regarding these services.
