We want to clearly state:

Joy Alen is not an employee, contractor, representative, partner, or authorized affiliate of Allegro Events.

This individual is not authorized to conduct business on behalf of Allegro Events, including but not limited to:

• Representing herself as a member of our team

• Contacting venues, vendors, or clients on our behalf

• Executing contracts or agreements using the Allegro Events name

• Issuing, requesting, or processing payments connected to Allegro Events

We are actively taking steps to address this unauthorized use of our company name and are notifying our industry partners to help prevent confusion and protect the trust we have built.

How to Verify Communications From Allegro Events

To ensure you are communicating with an authorized representative of Allegro Events, please verify the following:

Official Email Communications

All official Allegro Events communications will come from an authorized Allegro Events email address.

If you receive communication from an unfamiliar email address or a sender claiming to represent Allegro Events, please verify with our team before signing documents, accepting payments, or providing sensitive information.

Contracts & Agreements

All Allegro Events contracts are reviewed and issued through our official business processes. If you receive a contract that appears unusual, contains unexpected requests, or is sent outside our normal communication channels, please contact us directly for verification.
