Strategy Session Policy

Cancellations

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session may be rescheduled once at no additional charge.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

• Each session includes one complimentary reschedule if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

• Additional reschedule requests may require a $25 rescheduling fee.

• Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment are treated as a late cancellation.

Late Arrivals

• Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.

• If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

• If you are more than 5 minutes late, the session may be considered a no-show and will be forfeited.

No-Shows

• If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not canceled in advance, the session is considered a no-show and the fee is non-refundable.

Technical Issues

• If technical issues occur on my end, we will reschedule at no additional cost.
